Every big idea starts with a simple frustration. Ours started on an ordinary Delhi afternoon when we realised that getting something picked up, delivered or done in this city. a city of over 2 crore people with everything available at every corner was still unnecessarily complicated, unreliable and stressful.
We looked around and saw the same problem everywhere. A working professional missing an important document delivery because no service would wait at the location. A homemaker unable to get groceries delivered from her trusted local kirana because big apps did not list it. A student needing a parcel sent across Delhi with no simple affordable option. An elderly person needing medicines urgently at night with nowhere to turn.
These were not big problems. They were small everyday problems. But nobody was solving them properly. That is when we decided to build Kwiko not as another delivery app but as a genuine solution that puts people first, prioritises reliability over everything and makes getting things done in Delhi as simple as sending a WhatsApp message.
